We provide high, unmatched quality programs for individuals affected by autism. We specialize in providing services for those individuals where behavioral issues make it difficult to be supported. Behavior Intervention and Design strategies we utilize include, ABA Techniques, Direct Teaching, (Picture Exchange System) PECS, Positive Behavior Management, SCERTS Model, Social Stories & Behavioral Skills Training, and TEACCH.
Our Behavior Consultants are responsible for the behavioral assessments of students, generating and implementing behavior plans to remediate behavioral and social problems for students in general and special education programs. Additionally, they work collaboratively with teachers, aides, and support staff to demonstrate best practices, strategies and techniques to enhance instruction for students with social, communication, behavioral, and learning challenges.
Kristina has been working with children since 2001, including direct work with children who have had a variety of disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, and visual impairments. Kristina has been working with children since 2001, including direct work with children who have had a variety of disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, and visual impairments. Experiences have included work as an in home Special Needs Nanny, and extensive work as an ABA Therapist, Program Supervisor, Case Consultant, and Site Supervisor. She has developed and successfully sustained Behavior Embedded Classroom Programs in partnership with School Distrcits. She holds a B.A. in Communicative Disorders, a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Special Education, is a Certified Autism Specialist, a Certified Sensory Enrichment Therapy Provider, as well as a Reiki Master Teacher, and Ordained Minister. Kristina's number one passion is creating quality programs for clients by improving the fidelity of program design, program oversight, and staff training.

Arlene has been working with children with a variety of special needs since 1999, including direct work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome. Along the way she has both thoroughly enjoyed and learned much from her experiences as a 1:1 Paraprofessional in general education classrooms and a Behavior Therapist in both home and school settings utilizing ABA, DTT, Verbal Behavior, and SCERTS Model techniques. Her leadership experience includes being an Early Intervention Home Program Supervisor, a Social Skills Group Leader for an after school ABA program, and a Professional Development Trainer for staff in Behavior Embedded Classroom Programs in partnership with SJUSD. She completed her undergraduate work in Psychology and her graduate work in Developmental Psychology. She is a Certified Autism Specialist and a certified Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Trainer.

Since beginning in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2002, Shannon’s passion has been to empower the students/clients she serves, by helping to assist them with their education or in-home program, so that it will be truly individualized and effectively implemented to meet their educational/behavioral needs. Over the past 15 years, she has delivered services across different settings including home, school and the community. Shannon’s areas of expertise consist of providing behavior support and training to parents and NPA/district staff, supervising a clinical center based program for preschoolers, applying/creating curriculum modifications, writing Functional Behavior Assessment/Behavior Intervention Plans and implementing ABA programs (including PRT, DTT, Denver model, SCERTS, etc.) to numerous children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as to an array of individuals with other developmental disabilities. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Teaching with a specialization in Autism.
